Space Selection

MAHMT will assign VENDOR space based on availability and in accordance with vendor's preference whenever possible. If the vendor's preference is not available, MAHMT will assign the best available space

Standard dimension: 10' x 8' ($15 pr sq.ft. for larger spaces)

Payment Information

After you submit your sponsorship / vendor registration, a member of the MAHMT team will contact you to confirm your registration, additional conference information and to setup payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of vendor space must be made in writing and confirmed by MAHMT. Properly requested refunds will be provided per the following schedule: On or before February 1, 2025, a 50% refund of total space cost; After February 1, 2024 - no refund, total outstanding balance is due.

Payment Schedule:

Vendors contracting vendor space will have  (2) scheduled payments. 

FIRST PAYMENT of 50% total space cost is due with application.

FINAL PAYMENT of remaining balance is due by February 1, 2025. By signing the Vendor Space Contract, you certify that you have the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the Official Rules and Regulations. 

Late Fee:

 Outstanding balances after February 1, 2025: A late fee of $200 will be added to balance due.
