Hazmat History - Calls Every Hazmat Responder Should Know About

Have you ever been to a hazmat call and wondered why we do what we do? Have you ever had a new member ask why do we do it that way? These are just a few of the questions you get, I am sure. Come join me for a lively interactive discussion about hazmat calls every hazmat tech should know. We will be able to answer the above questions and more. I agree that your front windshield is bigger than your rear-view mirror for a reason, but knowing our past will make our future easier. In fact “Knowledge gained through experience, also known as experiential knowledge, is knowledge that comes from direct practice and reflection on those experiences” We will dive deep into why we do the things we do and what shaped hazmat response, laws and standards that govern us today!
