Christina Baxter
Dr. Christina Baxter is the CEO of Emergency Response TIPS, LLC providing evidence-based solutions for emergency response. With over 25 years of experience, she develops tools for situational awareness, responder safety, and instructional materials in CBRNE/Hazmat. Dr. Baxter was the CBRNE Program Manager at the Department of Defense's Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office and the Co-Owner of Hazard3 prior to its sale to Safeware. Dr. Baxter continues to work closely with the Safeware/Hazard3 team. She holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry and chairs the NFPA Technical Committee on Chemical Protective Clothing and is a principal member of the Technical Committee on Hazardous Materials Response.

The Emergency Response Decision Support System (aka ERDSS, Chemical Companion, CB Decision Aid) has been in existence for 25 years! The system is currently undergoing a modernization for all platforms (including web-based), data enhancements, added chemicals, and many more operational tools. The next three years will have ERDSS releases incorporating these tools. Join us for an update on current system operations as well as a sneak peak into the new tools under development.
