Kevin Ryan is the Hazmat Coordinator for the City of Baltimore FD. A 34-year veteran of the fire service with 28 years of experience in the hazmat world. He is a nationally certified Level III instructor and Fire Academy adjunct for hazmat training. Ryan has also written articles for hazmatnation.com and Hazmat HQ magazine. He has had the privilege of presenting to conference classes in Florida, Virginia as well as the IAFC Hazmat in Baltimore.
